Services
A set of default services is included in the 3Bill platform, offering functions such as; votes & polls, text based competitions, token service, mobile content sales and a selection of other plug-in's available from the menu below.Please select a module for more details........
 | Competition This allows you to offer a competition service for mobile users. Users can text an answer into your keyword/shortcode which if correct qualifies them for entry. Once the service has closed, you can select a winner and notify them auotmatically via text message. |
 | Mobile Bar Coding This service allows you to automate the sending of mobile barcodes to mobile users. The user will be generated a unique random numeric barcode based on the criteria you setup and sent a wap push to download the barcode image. |
 | Text Capture Use this service to collect information via mobile. This could include opinions, articles, requests for songs on radios stations, comments and any other free text information which can be sent via mobile. |
 | Voting/Polls Use this service to setup a votes or polls service. Mobile users will have the ability to send in a vote for a particular candidate via their mobile phone with the results displayed through 3Bill. |
 | Mailing List The mailing list service allows mobile users to subscribe to a service which sends non-premium messages either on a specific date or adhoc by the service provider. This service can be run on either a one-off payment, premium recurring payment or a free subscription. |
 | Mobile Content The content service allows you to sell ringtones, wallpapers, java games, video clips or full mp3 tracks. Use this service to sell any items you've added to a content list based on a one-off transaction. |
 | Token The token service allows clients to setup services which deliver a token, password or voucher to the mobile user. This can be on a one-off transaction or repeat depending on preference. |
 | Bidding The bidding service allows mobile users to enter an auction for which the lowest unique bid above 0 pence wins. Bids should be placed in pence/cents. |
 | Mobile WAP Sites Use this service to specify a mobile mini site to send to the mobile user. Set the amount of free downloads, how many accesses the user has and more. more |
 | Random SMS This service allows you to send out a random text message based on your own pre-defined list. |
 | MMS Incoming This allows you to receive MMS messages either on a premium or non-premium service. All MMS content is supported. Content will stored within the 3Bill platform and an optional http forwarder can be set to integrate with external sites. |
All of our services are developed as 'plug-in's' to the main architecture so that the platform facilitates straight forward creation and modification of services by the platform/client operator.
In addition to this, clients of 3Bill can use the platform to operate their own custom services by developing them externally or with our team then connecting them to 3Bill via the client api with no modification to the platform needed.
