Road Angel provides a traffic and speed camera alert service called “Blackspot� to customers who own a Symbian mobile phone with a GPS Bluetooth receiver. To commence the service the customer is required to sign up on-line for registration and to make an initial subscription payment for a 7 day period of service Using a compatible Nokia Symbian S60 enabled phone and a Bluetooth GPS receiver, Road Angel Mobile provides visual and audible alerts for all Fixed Safety Cameras, Temporary Roadworks Cameras, Average Speed Monitoring sections (SPECS), Accident Blackspots, Primary Schools and Congestion Charging Zones in the UK via the handset.
